Shipping policy

Order Processing
All items are made to order and fulfilled by our production partners. Orders are typically processed and printed within 2–5 business days before shipping.

Shipping Times

• United States: 3–7 business days after fulfillment

• International: 10–30 business days after fulfillment (times vary by destination and customs)

Shipping Costs
We offer free standard U.S. shipping on all orders. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your order is marked as shipped.

Shipping Delays
While we work hard to deliver your order on time, please note that shipping times may be impacted by high order volumes, postal delays, customs, or holidays. These delays are outside of our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@krisdigitaldoodle.com within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement at no extra cost.
